Sea Transport

Established in 2004, Salthammer Sjøtransport AS offers small and large towing services along the entire coast of Norway. We serve a wide range of customers, including shipyards, road builders, home builders, private individuals, insurance companies, the timber industry, the stone industry, drilling companies, and more.

Our central location enables us to respond quickly to assignments. Our tugboat, MS Amazon, is based at our facilities in Vestnes and has a towing capacity of 15 tons.

We also offer two barges for both short-term and long-term rental, which are used to transport ship sections, boats, timber, houses, fendering, storage, as a workstation for quay construction, and much more.
