About Us

Salthammer Tresfjord was established in 1992 after Salthammer Båtbyggeri acquired Lervik Sveiseverksted. The acquisition allowed Salthammer to offer an even broader range of services to its customers. With additional workforce, expertise, storage space, and availability, there were more resources to leverage, and today, our offerings have expanded even further!

Currently, Salthammer Tresfjord has six employees capable of handling projects both large and small. Since Tresfjord's inception, we have expanded our office and meeting room facilities, and further increased our capacity with a new machining center. Additionally, we are currently improving the area to accommodate even more customers who need equipment storage.

For us, it is important that you, as a customer, get the help you seek. We go to great lengths to deliver a good result and are quick to adapt if the situation requires it. As we like to say here at Salthammer Tresfjord – No job is too big, no job is too small!

Services

At Salthammer Tresfjord, we are ready to perform welding and machining on both large and small scales. Today, we assist several large companies with everything from welding and machining new constructions to repairing existing applications. Among others, we support Aker Solutions, Kvenna EMT, and several players in the aquaculture industry.

Available Resources

At Salthammer Tresfjord, we have three machining centers, two lathes, and large storage spaces that our customers can benefit from. Located right by the quay, we have made it easy for our customers to access both by road and by sea.

Necessary Certifications

As our customer, you can always be confident that the services we deliver are of the highest quality. We at Salthammer Tresfjord hold both ISO certification and certification in 38-29. This enables us to weld several critical components, including those used in subsea applications.
